There is no need to switch your long distance carrier but you will have to first register the phone number that you'll be using this service from with IBN InterTelecom. This service can only be used from pre-registered phone numbers.

A monthly bill will be sent to you with the total amount of the calls you made during your billing cycle which can then be paid either with a check or money order or with a credit card. A $1.95 billing fee will be added to your bill for any month in which your usage is less than $20.
